The short version: the blueprint is free and provided as is, paid work is governed by your order, and you review everything before relying on it.

Using the site
You may use the site for lawful business purposes. Do not misuse it: no attempts to break, overload or probe it, no uploading malware or content you have no right to share, and no use of the builder to generate content that is unlawful.
The free Starter Pack
The Starter Pack is a blueprint written from the information you give us. It is free, provided as is, and it is not a running AI employee. Nothing in it is connected to your tools. Parts of it may be drafted by an AI model and can contain mistakes or omissions. Review every file before you rely on it. It is not legal, financial, tax, medical or other professional advice.
You own the content you provide and you may use your Starter Pack however you like.
Paid services
The scope, fees, billing period and cancellation terms for any paid plan are set out on the pricing page at the time you buy and in your order confirmation or written agreement with us. Online payments are processed by Stripe. Prices are shown in US dollars and may change for future orders. See pricing.
Your content and data
You confirm that you have the right to give us the information and files you submit. We use them to provide the service you asked for, as described in our privacy policy.
AI output
AI models can be wrong. We design employees to ask a person before anything important happens, but you remain responsible for decisions you make and actions you approve.
Our property
The AImploy.ai name, logo, site design and software belong to us. These terms do not give you rights to them beyond using the site and the services you buy.
No guarantees, limited liability
The site and the free blueprint are provided as is, without promises about results or availability. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability for the free site and blueprint is limited to the amount you paid us for them, which is zero. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
