Privacy policy.

Last updated: October 2026. AImploy.ai (“we”, “us”) builds AI employees for businesses. This policy explains what we collect on aimploy.ai, why we collect it and what choices you have.

What we collect

• What you enter in the builder: the job you describe, your business details, tasks, notes, links, tool choices and rules, and your first name, work email and company.
• Files you upload: PDF, DOCX, TXT or CSV files. They go to private storage that is not publicly accessible.
• Messages and booking requests you send through our forms.
• Email address and name if you request the Opportunity Map or other resources.
• Payment details are entered on Stripe's page, not ours. We receive confirmation of the purchase and your email, never your card number.
• Anonymous usage events such as which step of the builder you reached, plus where you arrived from (the referring website name and any campaign tags in the link). We do not use tracking cookies and we do not store your IP address with these events. We honor Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control by not sending them.

Our hosting provider keeps standard server logs, which can include IP addresses, for security and reliability.

Why we use it

• To create your AI Employee Starter Pack and email you the link.
• To reply to you, and to run a build if you become a customer.
• To send the resources you asked for and, with your agreement, occasional notes about AI employees. Every email lets you opt out.
• To understand which parts of the site work, and to keep the site secure.

Who handles it for us

• Vercel: hosting and private storage.
• An AI model provider, when AI drafting is switched on: your answers are sent to it only to write your blueprint.
• Resend or a similar email provider, to send the emails you ask for.
• Stripe, to take payment if you buy a plan.
• An analytics provider, only if one is configured and named in this policy.

We do not sell your information and we do not share it for other companies' advertising.

What stays in your browser

To make the site work we store a few items in your browser: your unfinished builder draft, an anonymous session id used for the usage events above, and whether you have already seen our resource offer. You can clear them any time in your browser settings.

How long we keep it

We keep your blueprint, uploads and contact details until you ask us to delete them, or until we no longer need them for the purpose they were collected for. We do not yet delete data automatically on a timer, so deletion is on request.

Your choices

You can ask to see, correct or delete your information, or to stop emails, at any time. Use the contact form. Depending on where you live you may have additional rights, and we will honor them.

Children

AImploy.ai is for businesses. It is not directed at children and we do not knowingly collect their information.

Changes

If we change this policy in a way that matters, we will update the date above and, where appropriate, tell you.
