Pro is $1,500 to set up and $595 a month for a bigger recurring function. Workforce, for several coordinated employees, starts at $3,500 to set up and $1,500 a month. The monthly fee covers hosting, monitoring, maintenance and ongoing improvement.
Only for the things you allow. The default is that anything that leaves your company, touches money or changes a customer record waits for your approval. Internal work, like sorting messages or preparing a brief, can run on its own. You write the approval rules before anything runs, and you can loosen them later once the employee has earned it.
