From a job description to a working employee.

You do the first two parts for free, in about five minutes. We do the rest, with you approving what matters.

  1. Describe the job

    Free

    You

You tell us the work in plain English, what your business does, which tasks matter and what needs your approval.

    We

The builder turns your answers into a role with skills, rules and approval points as you type.

  2. Get the blueprint

    Free

    You

You read and keep the Starter Pack: profile, role and goals, instructions, procedure, tool map, handoff rules, QA checklist, 30-day plan and one file per skill.

    We

We generate it from your answers. It is free and it is yours, whether or not you ever hire us.

  3. Confirm the plan

    Part of a plan

    You

You choose a plan or book a build session to talk it through.

    We

We agree the scope, the tools, the knowledge to load and the approval rules, and give you a clear price before building.

  4. Build and connect

    Part of a plan

    You

You grant access to your tools, one at a time. You can revoke any of it whenever you like.

    We

We load your knowledge, write the skills, and connect each tool starting read-only. We test with real examples before anything runs for real.

  5. Run with approvals

    Part of a plan

    You

You approve outputs as they appear. You correct anything that is off.

    We

We host it, monitor it and log what it does. Every correction becomes a rule.

  6. Loosen and improve

    Part of a plan

    You

You decide which low-risk tasks can run without review.

    We

We review performance each month, improve its skills and report on what it handled and what it escalated.

Questions, answered plainly.

What is an AI employee?

An AI employee is software that does one defined job for your business, such as following up with leads or answering customer questions. It works from your knowledge, uses your tools and follows your rules. It runs on a schedule or when something happens, and it asks a person before anything important goes out. Think of it as a new hire with a written job description, a checklist and a manager, except it never needs a desk.

What can an AI employee do?

It can handle the repeatable parts of a job: sorting and answering email, following up with leads, updating a CRM, researching companies, drafting posts and newsletters, turning meeting notes into tasks, preparing reports and checking your website each morning. It is best at work that follows steps and rules. It is not a replacement for judgment calls, relationships or anything you would not hand to a new hire on their first week.

How much does an AI employee cost?

The blueprint is free. To have AImploy.ai build and run a working AI employee, Starter is $495 to set up and $195 a month for one focused job. Pro is $1,500 to set up and $595 a month for a bigger recurring function. Workforce, for several coordinated employees, starts at $3,500 to set up and $1,500 a month. The monthly fee covers hosting, monitoring, maintenance and ongoing improvement.

Is an AI employee the same as a chatbot?

No. A chatbot waits for someone to ask a question and answers it. An AI employee has a job. It goes to the work: it notices a new lead, checks your rules, drafts the reply, updates the CRM and hands you anything it is unsure about. It uses your tools, follows a schedule and keeps a record of what it did. A chatbot can be one small part of an AI employee, but the employee is the whole job.

Can an AI employee use Gmail?

Yes. Gmail is one of the most common tools to connect. An AI employee can read incoming mail, sort it, and draft replies in your voice. By default it only drafts. You approve before anything is sent. We connect it with your permission, starting read-only, and you can revoke access at any time from your Google account.

Can an AI employee update a CRM?

Yes. It can log new leads, write a short note after each email or meeting, and update next steps, and it works with CRMs such as HubSpot. It only changes fields when the evidence is clear, it records what it changed, and it lists anything unclear in a daily questions note instead of guessing.

Does an AI employee work without human approval?

Only for the things you allow. The default is that anything that leaves your company, touches money or changes a customer record waits for your approval. Internal work, like sorting messages or preparing a brief, can run on its own. You write the approval rules before anything runs, and you can loosen them later once the employee has earned it.

How do I build an AI employee?

Start with the job: say in plain words what you want off your plate. Then give it your knowledge (your website, prices, policies, examples), choose its tools, and write its rules and approval points. Run it with a person approving every output for a few weeks, then loosen the rules where it has proven reliable. You can do the first part free with our builder, which produces a complete blueprint. If you want us to build, connect, host and maintain it, choose a plan.

What do I get for free?

A personalized AI Employee Starter Pack: the employee profile, role and goals, system instructions, a standard operating procedure, a tool map, handoff rules, a QA checklist, a 30-day plan, one skill file for each task and a portable configuration file. It is the blueprint. It is not a running employee, and nothing in it is connected to your tools.

Is my business information safe?

We treat it as confidential. Uploaded files go to private storage and are never public. Your approval rules are written down before anything runs. When AI drafting is switched on, your answers are sent to the AI model provider only to write your blueprint. Read the security page for the specifics, including what we do not do yet.

Is AImploy.ai a recruiting service or a job board?

No. AImploy.ai builds AI employees for businesses. We do not place people in jobs, list jobs or screen candidates.
