Done-for-you AI employees

Done-for-you means someone else does the analysis, building, connecting, testing, monitoring and improving, while you keep the decisions. This page is a plain account of how that works with us, including what we need from you, who it is not for, and how to evaluate any provider.

The five stages, with what each side does

Blueprint

YouDescribe the job and what it should know. About five minutes in the free builder.

WeGenerate a written blueprint: role, skills, rules, approvals, tool map, 30-day plan.

You receiveThe Starter Pack: plain files you own.

Scope

YouReview the blueprint. Choose a plan or book a build session.

WeConfirm the job, the knowledge to load, the tools to connect and the approval rules.

You receiveA clear scope and price before anything is built.

Build and connect

YouGrant access to tools, one at a time, with the smallest permission that works.

WeLoad the knowledge, write the skills, connect each tool read-only first.

You receiveAn employee in the Training state, with every output reviewed.

Test

YouApprove or correct outputs on real examples.

WeTurn every correction into a rule or a knowledge item.

You receiveA written list of what changed and why.

Run

YouApprove what matters. Decide which low-risk tasks may go out on their own.

WeHost it, monitor it, handle failures, report on what it handled and escalated.

You receiveActivity reporting and a monthly review.

The state of the employee is visible on its Employee ID: Blueprint, Training, Ready to connect, Working. You can see an example on the home page.

What we need from you

  • A clear job. The more specific, the faster and better the build.
  • Real examples. A handful of past messages, replies, reports or decisions that show what good looks like.
  • Your knowledge. Website, price list, policies, anything it should rely on. Tell us what is out of date.
  • Tool access, with the smallest permission that works. You grant it and you can revoke it from the tool at any time.
  • A person who approves. Someone with the authority to approve its outputs, especially in the first weeks.

We do not publish a promised number of hours from you, because it depends on the job. We will give you a realistic estimate when we confirm scope.

Who it is for, and who it is not

It suits owners and small teams with a repeatable, rule-based job they keep postponing, who would rather pay for the result than build it, and who are happy to stay in the approval seat.

It does not suit people who enjoy building and want full control (a DIY platform will serve you better, see the comparison), tasks that are mostly judgment or irreversible (see the delegation score), or situations where connecting any tool is not permitted.

How to evaluate any provider, including us

  1. Can you see and edit the employee's rules and instructions in plain language?
  2. Does it stop and ask when unsure, and can you test that before launch?
  3. Who monitors it after launch, how often, and how will you be told of a failure?
  4. What data does the provider and each of its sub-providers see, and how do you delete it?
  5. What are you actually buying: a one-time build, ongoing management, or software access?
  6. Can you leave and take the work with you?
  7. Are there any claims of customers, results or certifications you cannot verify? Ask for evidence. We have no customer case studies yet and no security certification, and we say so on our security page.

How we wrote this

We build AI employees for a living, so we have a point of view. Where a point favors us, we say so. We have no customer results to publish yet, so we publish none: every claim on these pages is either reasoning you can check, a fact about how our own product works, or a clearly labeled example.
